Jump INN Hotel Belgrade

Our stay at Jump Inn was very enjoyable. The hotel is modern, cozy, and only about a 10-minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring Belgrade. There was some road construction right in front of the hotel (government works, nothing the hotel could control), so we had a small glitch reaching the entrance the first time, but managed by finding our own way around. Once inside, everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good spread, though I did miss having eggs made to order. Service overall was impeccable. Special thanks to Tina at checkout for arranging a taxi big enough to fit all our luggage, which made departure stress-free. A great choice if you want comfort, warm service, and a central location in Belgrade.

It was very clean and fully non smoking. The staff was excellent- accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very vegan friendly. (They offered soy milk and were able to help us avoid non vegan foods). They loan out umbrellas for free. They have a nice bar and dining area. Our room was large, clean, spacious , quiet and lots of room for storage. Excellent water pressure. They also offer free taxi service from the airport.

The staff were amazing. Always eager to assist. We had a problem with the street window in the room as it needed maintenance. Not only did they change our room, we were upgraded also. Not as central but easy access to everywhere on foot. Access to the new river development for walks, coffee, shopping

I rarely travel, so I don't have much experience staying in hotels. Nevertheless, this one is the best I've ever seen. Very spacious room, polite and responsive staff, cleanliness, good wi-fi, comfortable space to work with laptop on the ground floor, excellent location (near the city center). Tired after the flight, I forgot my cell phone in the cab. The receptionist helped me a lot to get my phone back, respect to him. High level of the service made it possible to overcome this unpleasant moment.

Outstanding staff - front desk and restaurant- very welcoming and accommodating. They accommodated our vegan diet. The room was spacious and quiet. The location is excellent and convenient. The coffee is good there, they loan out umbrellas and helped with taxi and museum information.
